1. Have fun!
Recruitment is a time for you to get know many different women at Marshall . It can be a little overwhelming at times, but just relax and we know you'll have a great time.
2. Keep an open mind.
Each sorority is made up of a diverse group of people who contribute to the organization as a whole and recruitment is a time for you to figure out where you might fit best.
3. Ask questions.
Individual women in each of the sororities as well as recruitment counselors are resources for all that is Greek. If someone is unable to answer your questions, they will be able to direct you to someone who does have the answer.
4. Dress comfortably.
While there is no specific dress code during recruitment, you are obviously going to be able to enjoy the experience the most if you are comfortable. This may be different for each person, but remember, part of this process is being able to be yourself.
5. Make the decision that is best for you.
Often, outside factors play a role in the decisions we make. While family members and friends may provide some insight into which Greek organization may be right for you, you make the ultimate decision.
